Booking eligibilityServer checked

When enabled, a parent must choose a school year inside this range and the child's date of birth must meet any age limits. The check date defaults to the course start date.

Instructors can edit prices for centres where their account has centre edit access. Administrators can maintain all centres.

Parent payments

Course payments

Paid school-course payments are allocated to tuition, Pro-Shop and graduation income.

Family payments are shown with each child and their individual tuition, uniform and graduation amounts. Refund only the child who is leaving after completing that partial refund in Stripe. Children outside the configured school-year range are highlighted, and their parent email becomes available after the child refunds are recorded.
