SmartPay/FuturePay signups will automatically use the SmartPay template where available and send the payer an agreement email. Centres not using SmartPay can use their own centre-specific template.

How the family signup works

For Stripe signups, one Stripe customer and one monthly subscription checkout is created for the selected family package. For SmartPay/FuturePay signups, Stripe checkout is skipped and a contract/signing email is sent.

Included in Stripe metadata: Student IDs, FamilyID, student names, centre, programme, tuition package, monthly amount, membership/insurance fee IDs, first-month cash deferral details, contract agreement details and school reference.
