Webhook setup
Global Payments can send webhook notifications. This first version logs the payload safely, so we can confirm event shape before we wire it into tuition/graduation updates.

Webhook signature validation depends on the exact Global Payments product/account configuration. This package stores the webhook secret and logs signatures, but leaves live payment-updating disabled until we confirm the webhook payload and signing formula from the instructor's Global Payments account.
